In anticipation of the Winter Olympic Games
in Pyeongchang and the 2014 Chuncheon International Leisure Sports
Festival, the city of Chuncheon, Gwangwon-do will be holding a special
concert called “We Love Gangwon K-POP” on August 30, 2014.
This concert is organized by the Gangwon-do Tourism Association and supported by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST) and the Korea Tourism Organization (KTO).
The star-studded lineup includes SHINEE, MBLAQ, K.Will, BTS, After School, Girl’s Day, and Insooni. The concert, which will start at 7pm, will be held at the main stadium of Chuncheon Songam Sports Town. A shuttle bus service will run between Seoul and Gangwon-do (online reservation required) on the day of the concert.
