140611 [NEWS] MBLAQ Sings the OST of Horror Movie ‘The Girl’s Ghost Story’


<The Girl’s Ghost Story> is a movie about a lone boy who can see ghosts. He loses his memories and meets a girl ghost and becomes her friend. The movie includes various episodes like a bloody mask ghost story in the school, missing students and secrets about a girl ghost.
The OST of the movie is attracting much attention. As MBLAQ famous for the members’ singing abilities and high quality music participated in the OST album for the mocie.
The recently released video shows MBLAQ member record OST song ‘니가떠난그자리 (The Place You Left)’, composed by G.O who also wrote the lyrics. The point of ‘The Place You Left’, the medium tempo song is the members’ captivating voice. The song goes well with emotional horror movie ‘The Girl’s Ghost Story’.
G.O. who wrote the song said, “I focused on writing a perfect song for the ending theme of the movie. When I wrote the lyrics, I imagined how ‘In-soo (Kang Ha-neul)’ would feel about ‘ghost girl (Kim So-eun)’,” explaining about the concept of the OST album.


G.O composed the OST song and wrote the lyrics
Seungho said, “I was surprised by that there are so many emotional elements in the horror movie. It is different from the conventional horror movie. That’s why the song goes well with it.” The OST album of ‘The Girl’s Ghost Story’ will be released soon later, the highly anticipated movie.
The movie will be released on July 3rd. It is attracting much attention with the participation of MBLAQ, talented in not only singing but also composing and writing lyrics, in the OST.
